Sunshine Retirement Living is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain clean resident apartments and Community common areas with integrity and attention to detail. You will present the Community Positively for residents and guests while keeping a positive team atmosphere.

The role requires English communication skills, teamwork, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Strong customer service and confidentiality are essential in daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background checks.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to clean to sanitation and safety standards.
• Communicate concerns with resident health or unsafe conditions.
• English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must meet state requirements for the position.
• Team player with professional conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Excellent customer service and organization.
• Ability to work under time constraints with minimal supervision.
• May assist with disaster management during evacuations.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and standards.
• Satisfactory pass of Sunshine’s and state regulated criminal record clearance, health screening and TB clearance (if applicable).

• Promptly document and report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Clean resident apartments and common areas per schedule.
• Complete required documentation on time per department procedure.
• Remove trash following company procedures.
• Deep clean resident spaces according to schedule and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, guests.
• Serve as a positive role model to coworkers.
• Attend training to meet state or provincial regulations.
• Assist with laundry management as needed.
