Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences; adjust cleaning to meet needs.
• Clean apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule (vacuum, mop, dust, kitchens and bathrooms, linens, trash).
• Deep clean apartments after move-outs and prepare vacants for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites; restock supplies and maintain HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas; follow PPE guidelines and proper linen care.
