Job summary

Sagora Senior Living's Briarview community in Carrollton, TX is seeking a personable part-time Concierge to greet residents and visitors, and manage front desk operations including phone and email inquiries. The role emphasizes customer service, confidentiality, and teamwork within a resident-first environment.

Shifts are 7 am–1 pm Saturday and 1 pm–7 pm Sunday (12 hours weekly). This position offers opportunities for growth within Sagora and a supportive benefits program for eligible team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Multitasking and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Maintain integrity and confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents, families and team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Direct calls and take messages as appropriate.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
• Assist all associates at the front desk.
• Make rounds around community for security procedures.
• Provide basic information in person and via phone/email.
• Respond to emergency boards as needed.
