Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months related experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication with residents and staff.

• Oversee front desk and greet guests.
• Manage reception area and route calls/messages.
• Direct calls and ensure professional communication.
• Keep lobby area clean and presentable daily.
