• Uses correct portion control utensils.
• Labels, dates, and stores food properly.
• Maintains refrigerators/freezers within proper temps and logs.
• Keeps work area clean and uncluttered.
• Performs cleaning assignments with proper chemicals.
• Follows infection control techniques and uses PPE as needed.
• Ensures dishes and kitchen items are ready for next meal.
• Assists in receiving, storing, and verifying invoices; reports low stock.
