Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or cooking role.
• Sanitation certification (ServSafe) or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow written recipes to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Assist in menu development and daily prep.
• Aid Dining Director/Executive Chef with inventory and ordering.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen environment and equipment.
• Utilize various cooking methods including baking, frying, salads, sautéing.
