• Prepare and serve menu cycle programs meeting dietary criteria and policy.
• Maintain cooking speed, accuracy and efficiency.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cooking preparation and production.
• Assist with serving meals and ware washing as needed.
• Visit residents to evaluate food service quality and make procedural improvements.
• Represent the community in a warm, inviting manner to support marketing.
• Support driving top-line revenue and occupancy through engaged staff.
