Responsibilities

• Assist the Director, Food Service with planning, directing, and coaching in the department.
• Respond to resident likes and dislikes to maintain high satisfaction and ensure meals meet preferences.
• Maintain food temperatures and time controls during storage, production, and serving according to safety standards.
• Circulate in the dining room to ascertain resident preferences and satisfaction with meals.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and dining area.
• Foster teamwork, take initiative, and support coworkers, residents, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
