• Support the Director, Food Service with planning, directing, controlling and coaching.
• Respond to resident meal preferences to maintain high satisfaction and ensure safe food handling.
• Maintain food temperatures and time controls according to safety standards.
• Circulate in the dining room to assess resident preferences and meal satisfaction.
• Keep the kitchen and dining area clean.
• Foster teamwork, show initiative, and support coworkers, residents, and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
