Qualifications

• Bartending or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and standard drink preparation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset.
• Bartender certification and SERVSafe certification preferred (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages safely and professionally.
• Take drink and food orders while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist residents during meal service and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar, dining, and service areas.
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system.
• Support meal preparation, service, and dining room setup as needed.
• Follow food safety, inventory, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Help create a warm, welcoming dining experience that promotes resident satisfaction.
