Charter Senior Living of Bartlett Reserve is seeking a compassionate Dining Server to join our senior living team. You will deliver warm, professional dining service to residents, assist during meals, and help create a welcoming, respectful dining atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has good customer service, strong communication, and a positive attitude. Flexible scheduling, paid training, PTO, and benefits are provided. No degree required; prior dining or hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous server, dining, hospitality, restaurant, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude.

• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
• Maintain professionalism and positivity throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals and beverages to residents in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining service.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Observe resident needs and communicate concerns appropriately.
• Support residents during mealtimes with patience and attentiveness.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, caregiving, and leadership teams.
• Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
