Job summary

Core Realty Holdings Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Collective NoDa Apartments in Charlotte, NC. This role supports daily operations, drives occupancy, and assists with leasing, resident satisfaction, and delinquency management across a fast-paced multifamily community.

You will work closely with the Property Manager, utilize Yardi and RentCafe for leasing and reporting, and handle resident communications, renewals, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and multifamily operations.
• Experience with property management software systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations and overall performance of the apartment community.
• Support occupancy, leasing, renewal, and resident retention goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain resident files, lease documentation, and reporting in Yardi CRMIQ.
• Coordinate unit turns with on-site teams using PM software.
