CLS Living in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to deliver first-class service to prospects and residents. You will clean vacated units and assist in keeping grounds tidy, while handling requests promptly and professionally.

This hands-on role requires attention to safety, organization, and reporting, with a focus on maintaining high workmanship standards and strong communication with the management team.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience managing building systems in student housing.
• At least 1 year experience with building automation systems and life safety systems.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the property is clean, maintained, and safe for residents, prospects, employees, and visitors at all times.
• Identify and address potential situations that could cause liability to the property or management company.
• Assess the physical condition of properties and recommend improvements to enhance curb appeal, with approval from the Manager.
• Complete all work orders timely, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough clean-up before leaving the unit or finishing each work session.
