You will handle daily tasks, maintain accurate records, and contribute to resident events and renewals. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset is essential to success at Birge & Held.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a customer service, sales, or customer facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Onesite, Yardi) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with prospects and residents and provide detailed leasing information.
• Assess needs and match prospects to suitable units and amenities.
• Resolve resident concerns promptly and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
