Job summary

Comstock is seeking a Security Officer for ParkX Management to ensure safe, clean, and positive experiences for residents, tenants, and guests. Duties include patrols, access control, reporting, and enforcing plaza policies.

The role requires a DC-certified security officer, a high school diploma, and at least 1 year in customer service, with the ability to work after hours and weekends. Valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Must be certified security officer by the District of Columbia.
• At least 1 year experience in a customer-service related field.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Complete hourly patrol route of the property using the security system.
• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Ensure no property is being damaged.
• Conduct routine foot patrols in and around building.
• Issue Banning notices to rule violators.
• Maintain the appearance of the plaza kiosks.
• Enforce the 'no dogs on the plaza' policy.
• Communicate to guests about fire access areas and safety.
• Report any concerns to management.
