Job summary

AMLI Residential is hiring a Community Experience Manager for three Miami-area communities. You will lead resident experience initiatives, support retention programs, and coordinate with Community Managers and the Area VP to keep residents satisfied and engaged.

You will design events, manage resident services, and oversee the resident portal while ensuring timely responses to resident requests and maintaining AMLI’s standards across properties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experienced with AMLI’s property management operating system.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal process and drive monthly renewal goals.
• Assist in designing and implementing a resident retention program.
• Analyze monthly renewals and prepare renewal reports.
• Review notices to vacate with Leasing Manager and help save leases.
• Create a seamless move-in experience for residents.
