Job summary

AMLI Residential in Illinois is hiring a Community Experience Manager to lead resident retention initiatives, manage events, and optimize the resident portal. You will coordinate with Community Managers to maintain high resident satisfaction and a strong community reputation at AMLI Evanston and Seven Bridges.

Responsibilities include analyzing renewal data, coordinating resident activities, and ensuring timely responses to resident requests while leveraging AMLI’s 10 Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, sales, marketing and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with property management systems.
• Experience with social media platforms; ability to engage residents online.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident retention initiatives to meet monthly renewal goals.
• Assist in monthly renewal analysis and reporting.
• Ensure smooth move-in experiences and timely response to resident requests.
• Manage the resident portal and build community engagement across properties.
• Coordinate with Community Managers and regional teams on resident programs.
