AMLI Residential is seeking a Community Experience Manager to lead resident experience efforts across two AMLI communities in the region, including AMLI Evanston and AMLI at Seven Bridges. You will drive the resident retention program and ensure strong service standards to boost satisfaction and lease renewals.

• Education: HS diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Leasing or property management experience is a plus.
• Skills: Leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Availability: Must be available on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead resident experience initiatives to meet monthly renewal goals.
• Design and implement a resident retention program.
• Analyze monthly renewals and prepare renewal reports.
• Review notices to vacate with Leasing Manager to save leases.
• Create a flawless move-in experience.
