AMLI Residential seeks a Multi-Site Leasing Manager to oversee leasing operations at AMLI at Seven Bridges and AMLI Evanston. Lead a team, drive traffic, and implement marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets while delivering a top-tier resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales, marketing and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing Strategy – Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.
• Team Leadership & Training – Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Customer Experience & Sales – Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).
• Market & Competitor Analysis – Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Resident Retention – Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.
