Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. The role involves hands-on file management, reporting, and ensuring high standards of resident service.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, at least 6 months in property management, and great communication skills. The position is full-time, on-site in California, with compensation in the $30–$33 per hour

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests in a courteous, solution-focused manner.
• Collect payments and monitor evictions, move-outs, and occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and manage renewals.
• Oversee renter’s insurance processing and deposits.
