Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking an Operations Director to lead property and facility management, driving exceptional living experiences for residents. You will oversee budgets, staffing, leasing, and maintenance while aligning with our WeCare culture.

You will partner with installation commands, housing partners, residents, and internal teams to meet financial targets, occupancy goals, and service standards, while developing teams and ensuring data integrity in Yardi.

Qualifications

• 5 years of property management, hospitality management, military or related industry.
• 3 years of people management.
• Strong leadership and accountability; promote We Care culture.
• Solid financial acumen; ability to create budgets and forecasts.
• Effective communication; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted occupancy and implement marketing strategy.
• Ensure property adheres to company policies.
• Oversee leasing, prospect management, and maintenance performance.
• Provide assurance on data accuracy in Yardi.
• Lead and develop teams; hire, onboard and retain talent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve goals.
