Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Burnsville, MN, is seeking a property manager to run day-to-day operations of an apartment community, lead a team, and ensure budgeted financial and operating goals are met.

You will oversee leasing, maintenance, vendor relations, owner communications, and compliance with housing laws, while delivering outstanding resident service and ensuring safety and appearance of the property.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to lead and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage accounts payable processes.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and notices.
• Lead property staff and manage performance.
• Assist in owner relationships and provide performance updates.
• Complete periodic reports and other duties as assigned.
