Job summary

Hillpointe is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring financial goals are met and regulatory standards are followed. You will foster a vibrant resident community and drive occupancy through marketing and service excellence.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with vendors while maintaining like-new units and amenities. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent education required.
• Property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand legal documents.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel locally as needed.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Manager to achieve budgeted occupancy and rent levels.
• Create a vibrant, welcoming community environment.
• Provide Resident Services on site and maintain amenities.
• Ensure units and amenities are kept in like-new condition.
• Liaise between Facilities Maintenance and property needs.
• Process Accounts Payable/invoices timely and accurately.
• Conduct regular property walks to protect asset value.
• Explore additional revenue opportunities.
