Job summary

CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Director in Frisco, TX. You will lead a maintenance team across the community, organize make-readies, manage service requests, and oversee the preventative maintenance program while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong supervisory skills, HVAC certification, and experience with Yardi, Office, and field operations. This role requires on-site work, a valid license, and flexibility for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience required.
• EPA, HVAC I & II, CPO and local certifications required.
• 2–4 years of full-time apartment maintenance or related trades experience.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• Able to read service requests and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team members and provide coaching.
• Prepare make-readies and complete service requests.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Lead preventative maintenance program.
• Engage in resident satisfaction programs and safety initiatives.
