Job summary

Greystar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 260-unit mid-rise community, lead the property team, manage budget and lease processes, and ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws.

You will drive occupancy and revenue, supervise staff, coordinate with owners, and perform regular inspections, while delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining safety and property standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a leader or team member.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including overseeing team, daily activities, and resources to meet budgeted goals.
• Set rent rates, collect and post rent, prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions within lease terms.
