Job summary

Thompson Thrift is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for The Stella in San Tan Valley, AZ. The role supports daily operations, leasing, and financial processes to drive strong community performance and resident satisfaction.

You will work on-site with the Community Manager, handling rent collection, ledgers, move-ins/outs, inspections, and resident engagement while maintaining community standards. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; on-site leasing experience preferred.
• Experience in property management or luxury communities preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for outreach and shopping comps.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing performance with follow-up, applications, and renewals.
• Monitor leasing activity and provide insights to occupancy goals.
• Oversee rent collections and delinquency management per policy.
• Maintain resident ledgers and post payments/adjustments.
• Process daily deposits and assist with financial reporting.
