Qualifications

• 2–3 years of residential property management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Oversee rent collections and resident interactions.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Supervise on-site contractors and facilities.
• Market properties and manage leasing and renewals.
• Supervise maintenance and administrative staff.
