Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Community Manager for Casa Azure, a 196-unit apartment community in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, retention, and property appearance, while maintaining compliance and professional relations with residents and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include leading on-site staff, managing budgets, rent collections, and coordinating move-ins/outs. The position requires a 2-year degree (4-year preferred) and strong leadership and communication skills; Yardi

Qualifications

• 2-year degree (4-year degree preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to coach, mentor and manage others.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property or properties.
• Lead staff meetings, set occupancy goals, conduct training, and evaluate performance.
• Communicate with residents to support retention and handle issues promptly.
• Oversee budgets, purchasing, rent collection and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs, lease approvals, and reporting.
