Who We're Looking For

The Resident Coordinator is a dynamic, friendly, and driven individual who prioritizes building meaningful relationships in every interaction. Dedicated to creating an exceptional resident experience, they foster brand loyalty by consistently delivering outstanding service. Prospects and residents are engaged promptly and respectfully, ensuring every interaction is professional and valued. Property tours for prospective tenants are conducted in compliance with Federal Fair Housing regulations, while also being personalized, informative, and enjoyable, ultimately driving new leases. Administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and a proactive approach, always striving to go above and beyond to enhance the resident experience. This role also supports the Leasing Professional and Business Manager, along with performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to

  • Provide frontline customer service for all resident requests and issues, vendors, and visitors.
  • Answer phones promptly and professionally in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
  • Schedule appointments, email information, and follow up with prospects per policy outlined.
  • Assist with executing meaningful events that engage residents and foster a sense of community
  • Ensure a consistently stellar resident and prospect experience.
  • Ensure all amenity areas are clean and presentable for resident use.
  • Maintain and organize package/mail rooms, amenity spaces, and other areas as required.
  • Open and close model units daily, offering showings and walking designated tour route for all prospective tenants.

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, and other fees.
  • Strong familiarity with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office (Yardi experience preferred).
  • Motivated to excel and focus on established goals and sales requirements.
