Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or leasing environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage resident accounts, rent collections, and notices.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and support Community Manager.
• Support leasing, occupancy, and retention goals with excellent service.
• Process applications, screenings, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and apartment turns with staff.
• Maintain resident files and financial records with accuracy.
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications.
• Contribute to marketing efforts and occupancy initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
