You will work with the property manager and team, manage communications, log resident issues, support lease actions, and promote a positive resident experience through engagement and timely service.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a residential property setting or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate events and engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors to promote retention.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
• Log resident issues and service requests.
• Assist residents with lease violations under supervision.
• Coordinate monthly resident events.
• Oversee newsletters and social media engagement.
• Greet, tour and lease to prospects.
