Job summary

Billingsley is seeking an experienced customer service/ leasing professional for its Plano, TX community. You will resolve resident concerns, enforce policies, and drive renewals while maintaining a welcoming environment and strong resident relationships.

You will collaborate with marketing and management to optimize occupancy, advertise spaces, and ensure reporting accuracy in CRM systems. Weekend coverage and professional attire are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or management experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• RealPage, Onesite, ActiveBuilding, Knock experience a plus.
• College preferred; high school diploma required.
• Superior customer service skills and professional communication.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate.
• Valid Driver’s License; weekend work possible.

Responsibilities

• Effectively handle and resolve resident and prospective resident concerns with empathy and one‑touch resolution when possible.
• Enforce community policies to ensure fairness and maintain resident experience.
• Proactively manage resident retention and renewal opportunities.
• Support resident engagement and activities to enhance community spirit.
• Maintain pristine appearance of community and apartment homes.
• Assist with leasing traffic and stay informed on leasing processes.
• Document interactions and insights in CRM and share with leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership to review trends, goals, and improvements.
• Communicate property updates and reminders to residents (pet policies, amenities).
• Collaborate with marketing to advertise rentable spaces and parking options.
• Oversee guest suites, inspections of common areas, and safety/compliance checks.
• Submit service requests, manage lease violations, and apply waivers per policy.
