Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Community Manager in Columbia Falls, MT to lead day-to-day operations, drive occupancy, and deliver exceptional resident experiences. You will own financial performance, build strong teams, and ensure compliance with housing laws while upholding Roundhouse standards.

The role offers a competitive salary in the $68k–$71k range with quarterly bonus potential and commissions, working Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Final compensation reflects experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Three to five years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• A real estate license, or ability to obtain one within 120 days if required by state.
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
• Customer-service mindset and genuine passion for the work.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facets of property operations and occupancy goals.
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies.
• Set property goals withRegional Manager and create plans to reach them.
• Manage rent collection, budgets, and financial obligations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure high service standards.
• Lead maintenance team on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects.
• Monitor property condition, safety, and curb appeal.
• Resolve resident concerns quickly and fairly.
• Keep accurate lease and financial records and prepare reports.
• Plan resident events and community engagement to enhance living experience.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and safety regulations.
