The role offers $34,000-$36,000 annually plus quarterly bonus potential and commissions, plus an employee housing discount and eligibility for benefits. You will lead operations, manage the team, and ensure compliance and excellent service for residents.

Qualifications

• Three to five years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Real estate license, or ability to obtain within 120 days if required by state.
• Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across maintenance, leasing, and resident relations.
• Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
• Own the numbers: rent collection, delinquency, budgets, and all financial obligations.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and hold service to a high standard.
• Lead and develop your maintenance team on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects.
