Job summary

Onni is seeking a Resident Care Team Member (Maintenance Technician) in Chicago to maintain and improve living environments across communal spaces and suites. You will implement upkeep, respond to care requests, and coordinate with vendors to ensure safety and brand standards.

You bring a high school diploma, craft apprenticeship or associate degree, strong customer service, and independent work ethic to support a premium resident experience. This is an hourly full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus craft apprenticeship in resident care or equivalent experience.
• Associate degree in functional technology or related resident care experience is a plus.
• Four+ years of customer service experience; strong in suite care and building technology.

Responsibilities

• Schedules, monitors, and performs resident living experience in all communal spaces and suites to meet brand quality standards.
• Identifies opportunities to enhance sub-par areas to elevate living experience; assists in operations of functional technology and esthetics.
• Ensures resident care requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Ensures suites meet brand standards and protocols are followed to completion.
• Provides excellent customer service to prospective and current residents; promotes high-quality living experience.
• Provides on-call customer service when designated and assists in emergency resident care opportunities.
