Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, including customer service, resident relations, vendor relations, rent collections, and staff management.
• Manage occupancy growth through sales, leasing, and site marketing.
• Prepare monthly/annual budgets and meet revenue, expense, sales, and leasing targets.
• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss variance reports.
• Develop marketing strategies based on local market and competition.
• Maintain property appearance and comply with regulations.
