Prime Residential in Fremont, CA is seeking a Leasing & Experience Consultant II to be the on-site representative for our Camden community. You will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct tours, present amenities, and drive lease agreements while building lasting resident relationships.

The role emphasizes high-energy sales, teamwork, and a commitment to a welcoming community. Schedule is Tue-Sat, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, with target pay of $26.88 per hour plus leasing commissions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of multifamily housing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet prospects and qualify needs while presenting the community and amenities.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts with excellent customer service to address inquiries.
• Follow up in accordance with company standards and track leasing goals.
• Collect lease data, assist with verifications, and notify applicants of results.
• Conduct tours of the community and walk-through units with prospects.
• Maintain clean, welcoming leasing office and model homes.
• Coordinate move-ins and assist with the signing process and paperwork.
• Build resident relationships to drive renewals and positive reviews.
