Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to inquiries about leasing. You will serve as the hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams.

You will lease apartments, ensure fair housing, support marketing efforts, review applications, and complete lease packets. The role requires a high school diploma and customer service experience; you will work in a collaborative, inclusive environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or apartment leasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, prospects, and team members.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain a professional image.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments and meet budgeted targets.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and maintain product knowledge.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
• Prepare and file lease packets with all required addenda.
