Job summary

Landmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Ambassador for The Station in State College, PA. This role guides prospective residents through the leasing process, conducts tours, and assists in marketing and community events to maximize occupancy year over year.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong organization, reliability, and comfort with resident communications. Some evening/weekend hours and summer turnover familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program preferred.
• Must possess strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, including resident lockouts as needed.
• Available to work during summer and Turn period.

Responsibilities

• Understand the Housing Contract and communicate information to prospective residents, residents, and guarantors.
• Close sales in line with LEASE Training guidelines: generating leads, guest cards, tours, and follow-up.
• Promote the community via social media and participate in marketing events.
• Assist with email/Text campaigns in Entrata and TextUs.
• Represent the community professionally and maintain a positive environment.
• Enforce policies and escalate housing concerns as needed.
• Participate in Turn-related activities: move-in/out, inspections, trash-outs.
