Job summary

You will communicate effectively, maintain logs, and support Community Manager while ensuring a welcoming environment for residents. You will work 15–20 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed, with duties spanning leasing support, move-in/out coordination, and routine

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and guarantors with tenancy issues.
• Promote community events via social media and other channels.
• Handle email and text communications with residents.
• Maintain a positive community environment and encourage participation.
• Enforce housing policies and report violations to the Community Manager.
