Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in Conventional Apartment or Student Housing leasing preferred
• Outgoing personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing and sales
• Ability to use online social media to promote the property
• Proficiency in turning phone inquiries into appointments and leases
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Passion to serve residents, prospects, vendors and colleagues
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and retain residents.
• Complete lease applications, assist with verification, notify applicants of results.
• Create a friendly, professional office environment with exemplary customer service.
• Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model and community for quality assurance.
• Work as a team and overcome obstacles together.
