Job summary

Hilltop Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Sweetwater Vista Apartments in Douglasville, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, guiding tours, and processing lease applications at 1905 Riverside Pkwy.

You will leverage strong communication, organization, and sales skills to promote the community, manage inquiries, and help drive occupancy at this fast-growing property. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months leasing experience in conventional apartments or student housing.
• Outgoing, gregarious personality with enthusiasm for marketing, leasing and sales.
• Ability to convert phone calls to appointments and appointments to leases.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Law.
• Valid driver's license or access to reliable transportation.
• Proficient with online social media and social presence avenues.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
• Complete all lease applications, assists with application verification, and notifies prospective residents of results.
• Help to create and promote a friendly and professional office environment by displaying exemplary customer service in all aspects of the position
• Regularly inspect tour path, amenities, model, and community for quality assurance.
• Work hard and as a team, feel that you can conquer any obstacle
