Job summary

Hamilton Point Property Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins and move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, qualify applicants, and prepare leasing documentation.

Responsibilities include touring model apartments, processing renewals, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Competent with basic office software (Word/Excel) and on-site accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
• Qualify prospective residents and lease apartments.
• Prepare lease docs and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing records in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Inspect and ensure move-in condition of apartments with maintenance.
• Assist with resident activities to improve retention.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and daily open/close procedures.
