Job summary

Sage Ventures, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide comprehensive support to the property manager. You will oversee leasing staff, manage tenant relations, and coordinate retention activities while handling collections, rent payments, renewals, and overall customer service.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely communication with residents, overseeing move-in/out, reporting, and performing administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• At least one year of property management experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• YARDI or similar property management software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the property manager and oversee leasing staff.
• Serve as liaison between management and residents; coordinate retention activities.
• Handle collections and rent payments; manage lease renewals.
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes and reporting.
