NorthPoint Development, Inc. seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and daily operations of our multifamily communities. You will assist with tours, move-ins, and occupancy, while helping monitor income and ensure regulatory compliance.

You’ll work with the Community Manager on billing, invoicing, and owner reporting, contributing to excellent resident experiences and strong financial performance.
