Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least six months of relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational and follow-through skills.
• Demonstrate ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management technology platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals by proactively communicating with residents and promoting retention.
• Positive attitude and calm, pleasant demeanor; able to engage with diverse colleagues and residents.
• Operate telephone, PC/keyboard and community software (Word/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and build rapport while identifying needs.
• Provide engaging community tours.
• Showcase apartment homes and benefits of living at Indus Communities.
• Convert qualified prospects into residents.
• Process lease applications and assist with applicant screening.
• Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Build positive relationships with residents and deliver outstanding service.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and community events.
• Conduct apartment inspections and maintain community standards.
• Partner with maintenance and management teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
