Indus Communities in Houston is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first impression of our community. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, showcase homes, and convert interest into leases while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role offers strong growth, a team-focused culture, and competitive pay with bonus potential. You will support move-ins, renewals, and community events, partnering with maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least six months of relevant sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management technology platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals by proactively communicating with residents and promoting retention.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Operate computer and office software.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and community software

Preferred Qualifications

Two or more years of experience in customer service and in sales and leasing across multifamily housing and/or hospitality
