Job summary

CLS Living in Houston is seeking a Leasing Professional to deliver first-class customer service to prospects and residents. You will handle resident requests promptly, maintain a welcoming office environment, and support marketing and leasing initiatives.

The role focuses on campus engagement, community events, and building strong resident relations while ensuring accurate property management records and timely lease processing.

Qualifications

• Two to three years in a sales or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Experience with property management software and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and improving property curb appeal and cleanliness.
• Conduct daily follow-up with all prospects; identify obstacles and work to close leases.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of the property and market.
• Coordinate leasing goals, renewals, and occupancy targets; support office operations.
• Handle lease processing and related administrative tasks.
