Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Solace at Casa Grande Crossings in Casa Grande, AZ. You will greet prospective and current residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the process while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least one year in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This position offers in-office, 24 hours per week schedule and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and provide high level of customer care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Goal oriented, self-starter work ethic.
• Associates and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience.
• Conduct tours with prospective residents.
• Close the sale and guide through the application process.
• Maintain resident files and process rental payments.
• Actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
