Live Bryten in Carrboro, NC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join Trinity at the Hill community. You will welcome residents and guide prospective renters through tours and the leasing process, ensuring a seamless move-in experience.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and accurate documentation, with on-site work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Experience in leasing preferred; Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or related field preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage residents and guests in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Support resident retention through outstanding customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files, records, and leasing documentation.
• Inspect community appearance and coordinate with maintenance to ensure high standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
• Promote a positive, welcoming, and inclusive community environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
